Paris – Editorial Office
Editor-in-Chief: Good morning, everyone. We need to finalize our summer features quickly. I'd like to go through every section: fashion, sports, culture, horoscopes... I'm listening.
Léa: I have an idea for the horoscope section.
Editor-in-Chief: Since when have you been in charge of horoscopes?
Léa: Ever since 2026 became the Chinese Year of the Horse.
Editor-in-Chief: And what's the connection?
Léa: There's an event this summer that celebrates the horse perfectly... and I'm sure our readers will love it.
Editor-in-Chief: I think I know where you're going with this. Does it happen to have something to do with Monaco?
Léa: Bingo! You know me too well. This year, the Monaco International Jumping is celebrating its 20th anniversary—two decades of world-class sport, glamour, and elegance.
Editor-in-Chief: Fair enough... but there are horse jumping competitions everywhere.
Léa: Yes, but this one is truly unique. It takes place right in the heart of the Principality, on Port Hercule, with luxury yachts as the backdrop. You have to admit, it's a spectacular setting.
Editor-in-Chief: I can't argue with that. But you're not planning to spend three days sitting in the grandstands, are you?
Léa: Not at all! One evening is enough. For the rest of the stay, I've found the perfect place: a hotel just a short walk from the arena... where you can even watch the competition from certain rooms.
Editor-in-Chief: Don't tell me... the Port Palace Monte-Carlo?
Léa: Of course!
Editor-in-Chief: Excellent idea. I'll send our sports reporter—he'll love it.
Léa: That's so unfair!
